Terms of Use

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of Nortis (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Nortis monitors public regulatory filings — SEC Form 4 disclosures in the United States and RNS/PDMR announcements in the United Kingdom — for the stocks you choose, generates AI-assisted plain-English summaries, and delivers alerts via Telegram and the web dashboard.

2. No investment advice

Nothing provided by Nortis is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Nortis is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer in any jurisdiction. Alerts, summaries, cluster flags, and screener statistics are informational reproductions of public regulatory data. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

3. Data accuracy and timing

  • Filings are published by regulators after the underlying transaction occurs — often up to two business days later. An alert's speed is limited by when the regulator publishes.
  • AI summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Every alert links to the original filing; always verify against the source before acting on any information.
  • Parsing errors, regulator outages, or delivery failures may cause alerts to be delayed, incomplete, or missed. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Accounts and plans

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Free accounts may watch up to 3 tickers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (including automated scraping or attempts to circumvent plan limits).

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, or republish Nortis alerts or data feeds without written permission; use the Service to violate any law or market-abuse regulation; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nortis and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including losses caused by delayed, inaccurate, or missing alerts.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
