Use these templates to post educational insider-filing updates on LinkedIn, X, Reddit or founder communities. The tone should stay educational: public filings, source links and research workflows, not stock recommendations.
Weekly insider filing review
This week I am reviewing insider filings by looking for open-market purchases, senior insider roles, large disclosed values, and cluster activity. I ignore routine grants and tax withholding unless the source filing shows extra context. Source filings first, summaries second.
Educational Form 4 post
A quick SEC Form 4 tip: transaction code P usually means an open-market purchase. Code A is often a stock award, F is often tax withholding, and M is often option exercise mechanics. Not every Form 4 is the same type of signal.
Nortis soft CTA
I am building Nortis to make public insider filings easier to follow: SEC Form 4 + UK RNS alerts, source links, Telegram delivery, and plain-English summaries. It is not investment advice, just a cleaner research workflow.
Distribution routine
- Post one educational Form 4 tip every Monday.
- Post one weekly checklist every Wednesday.
- Post one Nortis build-in-public update every Friday.
- Link to a useful guide, not always to the signup page.
For a reusable workflow, start with the weekly insider activity checklist.
